Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services, and tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

For bulk or custom orders, timelines will be communicated at the time of confirmation. While we take great care with packaging, minor delays due to courier operations or external factors may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns & Refunds​

As our candles are handcrafted and often made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or is damaged during transit.

If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear, unedited unboxing video. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or process a refund to the original mode of payment.
